This Master's Degree aims to introduce and develop understanding
of the concepts, principles, tools and techniques of International Human Resource Management,
and to highlight current issues in the field of human resources. The Master's
Degree will equip students with the analytical tools that will help them in
human resource decision-making, and enable them to understand human resources as a
managerial activity and its relationship with other management functions.
Students will be able to apply relevant diagnostic and analytical tools to
develop and evaluate human resource plans, as well as develop a rationale for the
activities and decisions made by human resource managers and their impact on the
business. Students will also develop a critical awareness of current and
emerging issues in human resources.


The Master's Degree utilizes case study analysis and other investigative
forms to introduce to the student practically the human resources
issues at stake.
